안녕하세요, 이디앤씨 입니다. CAM 출력 시 "Fill width is too large for accurate pad fills.(fill width=, pad width=)" 라는 메시가 생성이 되면서 출력이 안되는 경우가 있는데 이때 해결방법을 알려 드리겠습니다. 1. PADS Layout에서 [File]-[CAM]을 클릭 합니다. 2. Define CAM Documents창이 생성이 되면 [Add] 또는 생성된 CAM파일이 있으면 [Edit]를 클릭 합니다. 3. Output Device에서 [Photo]를 선택 하고, [Device Setup..]단추를 클릭 합니다. 4. Photo Plotter Setup창이 생성이 되면 아래 부분의 Fill width부분의 값을 pad width의 값보다 작게 입력하면 됩니다. 예를 들어서 에러 내용중"fill width=10, pad width=18"이였다면 Photo Plotter Setup창의 Fill width부분에 적어도 "8"은 입력을 해야 합니다.

Note 1: This issue can occur if there are non-orthogonal pads in the design. The Fill Width comes into play for spun pads. Pads in the design that are at a 0, 90, 180, or 270 rotation are generally not affected by Fill Width. Note 2: Decals containing pads which have a corner type of Rounded or Chamfered may see this issue as well. This can occur with pads that are both orthogonal and non-orthogonal. Note 3: If the pad width size indicates a negative value please check the Options dialog for solder mask and Paste Mask Gerbers. If the Over(under)size value is set to a negative number that is larger than an actual pad size in the database you will see this error message. In this case you will need to modify your undersize value so it does not completely negate the pad sizes in the design.
