pads 설치후 license 에러

PC를 포멧하고 새로 설치하는데 아래와 같은 에러 메세지가 나와서 어떻게 해결해야 합니까?
-- 그리고 회원정보 수정하는 페이지가 에러나서 수정이 안되내요.(이름 변경하는 부분)
